The location. I was in town for a concert at the American Music Theater and some outlet shopping. The drive through registration was cute/unique and the attendant was very friendly.

They were very accommodating about leaving a key for us to arrive after hours because our bus trip came in late at night. There were no elevators and we had very heavy suitcases to lug up a flight of stairs. The hotel is very dated. The room was dark and dingy - not what we expected.

Check-in was a breeze. Nice guy. You could see by the video screens that they take their security very high. The room was clean! My Mrs's is a clean freak. She checked Everything out. All to her approval. You are on the main drag. But back enough that you don't hear all the noise. Restaurants everywhere! I really like the place, small and quaint. Like staying at a relatives house that you actually like. You won't be disappointed.

This hotel had the best service kindness, and cleanliness that I have seen in all the years I have going have been going to Lancaster. We found our niche after all these years. I could not believe how the queen suite was so roomy and the front desk staff was superb

This is a wonderful little hotel. Staff is very friendly. Room was extremely clean. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Better value than a bigger chain for the same quality of room.

The unit was very roomy, carpeted and had a good heater. There were two easy chairs as well as a desk chair. There weree plenty of electrical sockets, good Wi-Fi and plenty of lights. The front desk was wecoming and friendly.
